How to Apply for Management Aptitude Test (MAT) 2022: Application Form & Registration Process

Management Aptitude Test (MAT) Exam is a national level examination through which various B-schools in India screen candidates for admission to MBA programs. The All India Management Association (AIMA) conducts the MAT exam every year. It is also one of the most popular management entrance exams in India.

How to apply for MAT 2022:

Although the exam will be conducted both online and offline, the applications for MAT 2022 exam will be accepted only online. Here is the official AIMA MAT 2022 registration link.

For ease of understanding, we will also explain the step-by-step procedure MAT 2022 application.

Step 1: Visit the official AIMA website and click on the “Apply for MAT 2022” link.
Step 2: You have to enter your Name, Date of Birth, Mobile Number, and Email address. Then click register.
Step 3: You will then have to fill in your academic and other details
Step 4: Upload your photograph and digital signature (as per the required specification)
Step 5: Make a payment of MAT 2022 Fees

Note: You can make the MAT 2022 exam fee both online (Debit card/Credit card/Net Banking) or offline (Demand Draft).

Important Pre-requisites for MAT 2022 Application:

It is advised to keep all your documents ready and the details handy. Another important point is to cross-check the details you have filled in. Use a valid contact number and email address.

Requirements for Photograph

• Candidates must upload a colored scanned copy of their passport size photograph.
• The size of the image cannot be more than 50 KB and the image type can only be in JPG format.

Requirements for Signature

• Candidates must upload a colored scanned copy of their signature done on a white background.
• The size of the scanned signature cannot be more than 50 KB and the image type can only be in JPG format.

Making Payment for MAT 2022:

The MAT 2022 exam fee is the same across all categories. There is no caste reservation. There is a provision for candidates to appear for both PBT and CBT together by paying an extra fee.

Management Aptitude Test (MAT) 2022 February exam schedule has been released by AIMA. February MAT Exam Dates 2022, registration, dates for application submission, and release of Admit card are as under:

February 2022 MAT Exam Registration Fee

• Candidates can opt for 2 MAT IBT/PBT+IBT/CBT+IBT/PBT+CBT tests by paying an extra fee of Rs.1100/- in addition to Rs.1650/-.
• Candidates opting for 2 MAT IBTs/PBT+IBT/CBT+IBT/PBT+CBT will have the benefit of selecting additional 2 Management Institutes for sending their scores in addition to the existing option of selecting 5 Management Institutes i.e. they can select 7 Management Institutes in total.
• Register online with Credit Card/Debit Card (ATM Card), Net Banking, UPI and Paytm wallet. The fee details are given as below:
