The Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) is another important and widely recognized National level management entrance examination. The Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) is a National Level Entrance Examination for admission to management programmes in the country. This Test facilitates AICTE affiliated/ Participating Institutions to select suitable graduate candidates for admission to the Management Courses in such Institutions. Till 2018, the Test was conducted by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). NTA is conducting this Test since 2019.
CMAT 2022 is an examination for admission to management programme courses for 2022-23 academic sessions. Many reputed, AICTE approved institutions consider CMAT to shortlist candidates based on their scores in this exam. The biggest reason behind the popularity of the CMAT exam is that it is considered relatively easier to solve as compared to other exams like CAT, MAT, XAT, and SNAP.

CMAT is a three-hour computer-based online test conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA). The sections of the exam include Quantitative Technique, Logical Reasoning, Language Comprehension, and General Awareness through which a candidate is evaluated. Hence this examination is a gateway to many reputed B-schools. Another important thing worth noting is that CMAT is now conducted once a year.

Eligibility criteria for the CMAT exam:
The candidate should be a citizen of India. The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline or Candidates appearing for the final year of Bachelor’s Degree, whose result will be declared before commencement of admission for the academic year 2022-23, can also apply for CMAT-2022.
