Management Aptitude Test (MAT) is a national level examination through which various B-schools screen candidates for admission to MBA programs. The All India Management Association (AIMA) conducts the MAT exam every year. It is also one of the most popular management entrance exams in India.

MAT Accepting Colleges 2021: Important Points

Please keep the following things in mind while selecting the colleges that accept the MAT score and fall under the management institutes list for MAT 2021:

1. All the management institutes participating are AICTE and DEC approved, University affiliated Colleges, and/or University Departments.
2. The candidates need to choose the management institutes they want to send their scores to at the time of filling the MAT 2021 registration form.
3. The MAT score will be valid only up to 1 year from the date of declaration.
4. The list of MAT participating colleges is provided zone-wise on AIMA official website. There is a four-digit code assigned for each college that will accept the MAT 2021 score. This is called the MI code
5. Candidates can send scores up to 5 management institutes with no extra registration fee.
6. In case a candidate chooses both online and offline modes of the test, he/she can choose 2 extra management institutes from the list.
7. The number of management institutes vary every year. Hence stay updated with the details.
8. Candidates must also check the individual website of the participating colleges they apply for. The MAT selection procedure is unique for each MAT participating college.
